B2B direct mail
Emails get deleted.
Boxes get opened.
We help B2B companies fill their calendar with meetings using creative direct mail campaigns.
The problem
Think about how you buy.
- You ignore the emails,
- skip the voicemails,
- and delete the LinkedIn requests without opening them.
The companies you want as customers are doing the same thing to you.
It's nothing personal and it has nothing to do with your offer.
So we send your prospects
something physical instead.
A gift, addressed to exactly the decision maker you want to target. It shows up at their office in packaging they cannot ignore.
They open it, because everybody opens a box.
The package
What ends up in the box.
One object somebody can read in two seconds and a handwritten card to match.

You work with me directly. I build the list, pick the gift, write the emails, and you have my number when something needs to change.
How it works

Questions we get.
Who have you done this for?
Crowded Calendar is new. We are not going to put fake logos on this page or invent a case study, and you should be suspicious of the agencies that do. What we will do is show you the actual work on the call: the group we would start with, the list, the gift, and the first three emails. Judge it before you pay for anything.
How many packages before we book a meeting?
It depends on your list, your offer and the gift. We will give you an honest range for your situation on the call, and we would rather set it low and beat it.
Isn't sending a gift basically a bribe?
It is a doormat. Plenty of companies do have gift policies, though, especially in healthcare and government work. If your targets are in one of those, tell us on the call and we will send something with no cash value or skip the channel for that segment.
Will this work for my industry?
It works best on people nobody emails. Manufacturing, logistics, medical devices, industrial services, anything low-tech and unglamorous. If you sell to VC-backed tech founders, their mail room is used to this and we will say so.
Do you write the emails or do we?
We do. You approve every one before it sends.
Can we start small?
Yes, and you should. One group, a few hundred companies. That is how we would want to start anyway.
How long until we see anything?
Two to three weeks to build the list, verify addresses and get packages out the door. Replies start once the mail lands. The follow-up runs six months after that.
